From August 23rd to 25th, 2018, the three-day 2018 China International Smart Industry Expo opened at Chongqing International Expo Center. Chongqing Landai Power Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. From August 23 to 25, 2018, the three-day 2018 China International Smart Industry Expo opened at Chongqing International Expo Center. Chongqing Landai Power Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a typical enterprise in the automotive industry demonstrating improvements in intelligent manufacturing, was invited to participate in this expo.
As an exhibitor at this expo, the company installed six displays on-site to show the production status of its "digital workshop" in real time. It showcased three key features of the company's intelligent manufacturing process: Discrete Manufacturing Process Re-engineering: Re-engineering of processes for discrete manufacturing enterprises, including pull-based production planning, in-process quality assurance, just-in-time production, one-flow production, 4M change point management, equipment fault monitoring and early warning, and visualized management of production line operation. Digital Workshop Transformation: Integrating seven functions including production planning and workshop task management, processing technology management, production progress management, processing quality management, workshop logistics management, and production equipment management. Integration of R&D, manufacturing, and warehousing and logistics business. Through these measures, the company improved equipment utilization, production efficiency, product qualification rate, workshop management, and work-in-progress control, meeting the needs of customers for diverse, small-batch production in a timely and accurate manner.
During the exhibition, the six digital and LED displays at the exhibition site provided real-time and accurate information feedback, receiving consistent praise from citizens and business people.
