The Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology awarded Landai Transmission the title of "Chongqing Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Enterprise"

On the morning of August 27, 2019, at the 2nd Smart Manufacturing Summit Forum of the China International Smart Industry Expo held in Chongqing, ten exemplary smart manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing were commended. Landai Transmission was awarded the title of "Exemplary Smart Manufacturing Enterprise of Chongqing". Since 2017, the company has been promoting the digital transformation of its component processing workshops. It has built and upgraded 59 smart production units, integrating data from various process links, including process design, material procurement, production processing, quality management, and logistics management. This has broken down the information barriers between various manufacturing resource links and equipment.

　　Since 2017, the company has been promoting the digital transformation of its parts processing workshops. It has built and upgraded 59 smart production units, integrating data from various process links, including process design, material procurement, production processing, quality management, and logistics management. This has broken down information barriers between various manufacturing resource segments and equipment, and highly integrated systems such as MES, ERP, and PLM. This has achieved intelligent management of the production manufacturing process, effectively improving labor productivity, reducing manufacturing costs, shortening the process prototyping cycle, and reducing the product defect rate. Landai Transmission is a practitioner of smart manufacturing and also a beneficiary. We will continue to make steady progress on the path of intelligent manufacturing.
