The major scientific and technological project “High-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment” and the subject “Demonstration project of high-efficiency processing and assembly flexible production line for passenger car transmission assembly” have passed the acceptance.

Shi Wenjun, a leader from the Industrial Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting. The project acceptance expert group was headed by Liu Bingye, director of the Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute. Landai Technology Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd., Beijing Second Machine Tool Factory Co., Ltd., Sichuan Pushi Ningjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., Chongqing University, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Pengli (Nanjing) Intelligent Equipment System Co., Ltd., Chongqing Dihan Power Machinery Co., Ltd., Chongqing Landai Transmission Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Landai Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd., and other participating units of the project, respectively, gave reports. Machine tool users, - Chongqing Landai Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd., Chongqing Dihan Power Machinery Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Landai Transmission Co., Ltd. introduced the product application and test verification situations.

This project carried out research on key technologies such as machining center accuracy maintenance and dynamic stability technology, high-speed dry-cutting hobbing machine accuracy maintenance and dynamic stability technology, and automatic testing and fault diagnosis technology, 11 key technologies applied for and received 12 invention patents, 5 core journal papers, software copyrights 2 and 10 technical standards, and formed 1 which includes 11 key technology research reports; Completed the development of YDA3140CNC high-speed dry-cut hobbing machine, YW7232CNC high-precision gear grinding machine, DT400 precision CNC lathe, THM6350III horizontal machining center, MKS1620X6/T243, T244 precision CNC grinder, and MGK1320EX5/T18 precision CNC grinder and other key equipment, and carried out application demonstrations; built one passenger vehicle transmission assembly gear parts flexible processing production line, one passenger vehicle transmission assembly intermediate shaft parts flexible processing production line, one passenger vehicle transmission assembly housing parts flexible processing production line, one passenger vehicle transmission assembly intelligent assembly production line, passenger vehicle powertrain reliability test platform and passenger vehicle powertrain reliability test laboratory. At the same time, a manufacturing equipment operation monitoring system and a production process monitoring system were built, seamlessly integrated with the MES system and PDM system, realizing the intelligence and integration of processing lines, assembly lines, and test testing.
Through the implementation of this project, Landai Technology Group Co., Ltd. has made significant breakthroughs in the production, processing, assembly, and testing of domestic transmission gears and assemblies, solving the technical problems of flexible production of multiple varieties and small batches of passenger vehicle transmissions in China.
