The 2012 Automatic Transmission Seminar was held in Bi.

On July 20, 2012, the "2012 International Symposium on the Industrialization of Automatic Transmissions for Automobiles in China" was held at the Bishan Lake Shangda Hotel. The conference was jointly hosted by Landai Transmission and Beijing Beichi Co., Ltd., and was attended by experts and scholars from hundreds of automobile and parts companies and research institutes from home and abroad. Mr. Zhu Tangfu, Chairman of Landai, Ms. Chen Xiaohong, General Manager, and Mr. Zhang Yumin, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting. Mr. Wu Guang, Director of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, attended and delivered a speech. Mr. Huang Wenjie, Deputy County Head of Bishan County, gave a speech at the meeting. At the meeting, the representatives discussed the current development of automobile transmission technology at home and abroad.

Landai's Chairman Zhu Tangfu, General Manager Chen Xiaohong, and Deputy General Manager Zhang Yumin attended the meeting. Wu Guang, Director of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, attended and delivered a speech, and Huang Wenjie, Deputy County Magistrate of Bishan County, spoke at the meeting.
At the meeting, the representatives conducted in-depth discussions and presentations on the current development of automotive transmission technology at home and abroad, China's response to the automatic transmission market, and the industrialization process of automatic transmissions. Professor Xu Xiangyang, Deputy Dean of the School of Transportation Science and Engineering at Beihang University, delivered a speech on "The Latest Development of Automotive Transmission Technology at Home and Abroad." Bosch (China) Investment Co., Ltd. presented a speech on "Continuous Innovation of Continuously Variable Transmissions," among other topics.
Landai's Deputy General Manager Zhang Yumin gave a special report entitled "A Brief Discussion on the Development and Prospects of Automatic Transmissions." The report analyzed the current status and market demand of AT development and gave a preliminary outlook on the current status and future five-year development of automatic transmissions. He stated that from the perspective of overall market demand, the demand for automatic transmission assemblies will increase year by year. In the next few years, it will be a period of rapid growth for automotive automatic transmissions, presenting opportunities and challenges for enterprises. At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Zhang showcased a newly developed 6AT transmission assembly.
This conference hopes to use this opportunity to build a platform for communication between enterprises, and between enterprises and research institutes, to achieve cooperation, and to fully promote the faster and better development of automobile and motorcycle enterprises.
