Landai Technology subsidiary, Landai Transmission, was rated as a municipal-level "Smart Factory." Landai Machinery and Chongqing Taiguan were both rated as municipal-level "Digital Workshops."

Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology announced the results of the 2021 identification of digital workshops and intelligent factories in Chongqing. Landai Technology's subsidiary, Landai Transmission, applied for and was identified as a municipal-level "intelligent factory" for its "automobile transmission production intelligent factory," making it the only mechanical manufacturing enterprise in Bishan District to receive this recognition. Landai Technology's subsidiary, Landai Machinery, applied for and was identified as a municipal-level "digital workshop" for its "automobile transmission gear production digital workshop." Landai Technology's subsidiary, Chongqing Taiguan, applied for and was identified as a municipal-level "digital workshop" for its "touch screen production digital workshop."

In recent years, Landai Technology has used intelligent transformation and upgrading and industrial internet construction as a breakthrough point, continuously promoting the transformation of traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, and actively carrying out the construction of intelligent factories and digital workshops.

The main construction content of Landai Transmission's "automobile transmission production intelligent factory" includes equipment numerical control, digital design, digital management, and digital product services. The main construction content of Landai Machinery's "automobile transmission gear production digital workshop" and Chongqing Taiguan's "touch screen production digital workshop" includes equipment digitalization, equipment operation data collection and monitoring, digital production processes, and workshop information integration. Its intelligence and digitalization are mainly reflected in the use of discrete intelligent manufacturing models based on big industrial data and "Internet+", introducing advanced industrial robots, intelligent CNC machine tools and other first-class production equipment, establishing modern production lines, and relying on PLC, MES, ERP, WMS and other intelligent information production management systems. First, it realizes the networking of production equipment, visualization of production data, paperless production documents, and transparency of the production process, achieving vertical, horizontal, and end-to-end integration. Second, it realizes effective information communication between intelligent equipment, intelligent control systems, and personnel in the workshop, intelligent monitoring of energy consumption, and design and production linkage and collaboration. Third, it forms a complete R&D, design, production, marketing, supply chain management, and service system, strengthens production process and product risk control, conducts full life cycle management of products, effectively reduces the number of workers in the workshop, and continuously meets the personalized needs of users.

Compared to before the transformation, the three subsidiaries have achieved a reduction in operating costs of more than 15%, an increase in production efficiency of more than 10%, a reduction in product R&D cycle of more than 10%, a reduction in product defect rate of more than 10%, and an increase in energy utilization rate of more than 8% through the construction of intelligent factories and digital workshops. This has comprehensively improved the level of production automation, informationization, and intelligence, effectively ensuring high-quality, efficient, low-consumption, clean, and flexible production.

This recognition as a Chongqing "intelligent factory" and "digital workshop" is the result of the collective efforts of all Landai people over the years and is inseparable from the strong support and attention of government authorities.
