Landai Technology Group organized a business exchange for middle and high-level management personnel from its headquarters and subsidiaries

To enhance the exchange of management experience between the group company and its subsidiaries and achieve common development through mutual learning, the company organized a business exchange activity for middle and high-level managers of the group company and its subsidiaries from October 9th to 10th. Mr. Zhu Junhan, Director and General Manager of Landai Technology Group; Mr. Tang Haichuan, Director and Deputy General Manager; Mr. Ding Jiahai, Director and Deputy General Manager; Mr. Wang Xin, General Manager of Landai Transmission and Head of Landai Machinery Shanghai Branch; Ms. Zuo Lijing, General Manager of Landai Machinery and Director of the Enterprise Technology Center; and Mr. Lv Dan, Minister of Securities and Legal Affairs and Assistant General Manager, along with other senior executives and functional department heads, and more than 30 middle and high-level managers and business heads from subsidiaries including Taiguan Technology, Chongqing Taiguan, Landai Machinery, Landai Transmission, and Dihan Machinery participated in the exchange.
Mr. Zhu Junhan, Director and General Manager of Landai Technology Group, participated in the entire exchange activity and pointed out that middle and high-level managers are a valuable asset to the group. He emphasized the importance and necessity of strengthening communication and mutual learning, and stressed that exchange activities should be conducted regularly and on a regular basis. He also made relevant deployments for the next stage of work. During the exchange, Mr. Ding Jiahai and Mr. Tang Haichuan, both Directors and Deputy General Managers, introduced the company's production and operation status. Specific persons in charge of the company's touch display business unit, power transmission business unit subsidiaries, operations, procurement, R&D, and finance exchanged experiences in lean production management, technological research and development, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. Through the exchange, they deepened internal interaction, enhanced business communication, and improved work efficiency.
During the on-site visit, everyone moved through the factory areas and production lines, visiting the workshops of Landai Machinery, Dihan Machinery, the R&D center, Landai Transmission workshops, and Chongqing Taiguan workshops.
Led by Ms. Zuo Lijing, General Manager of Landai Machinery and Director of the Technology Center, everyone visited the workshops of Landai Machinery, Dihan Machinery, and the R&D center. They passed by the roaring machine tools and operating assembly lines, stopping in front of various advanced R&D and testing equipment, listening to product introductions and examining the technological processes, deepening their understanding and on-site awareness of the company's mechanical processing and transmission parts development business.
Led by Mr. Jiang You, Deputy General Manager of Landai Transmission, everyone visited the Landai Transmission factory area and production workshop. In the production workshop, everyone showed great interest in the company's flagship products, the balance shaft assembly and the independently developed 6AT transmission assembly. They stood for a long time in front of the products, carefully examining their structure and understanding their performance parameters. Some participants also test-drove vehicles equipped with the company's independently developed 6AT transmission.
Taiguan Technology and Chongqing Taiguan belong to the company's touch display business unit. Because of their close daily business contacts, everyone felt particularly close when visiting the Chongqing Taiguan production workshop. Through on-site visits and business presentations, everyone found gaps in benchmarking, sought out deficiencies in reflection, worked together to grow and make progress, and achieved complementary advantages.
In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, during the two-day exchange and interaction with "Landai characteristics," everyone gathered together to speak freely, visited on-site and experienced firsthand, enhanced friendship, deepened understanding, exchanged business, improved cognition, enhanced cohesion and centripetal force, and strengthened their confidence in making greater achievements in their positions.
