2022 was a significant year as we embarked on the journey of comprehensively building a socialist modern country and striving towards the second centenary goal. Our Party will convene its 20th National Congress. In the run-up to the 101st anniversary of the Party's founding, to enrich organizational life, on June 25th, the Landai Technology Party Committee organized a group of Party members to visit Pengshui and Youyang for a themed practical activity on Party history education: "Carrying Forward the Red Gene, Uniting Strength for Development."
The Party members first visited the "Red Army Crossing" in Pengshui County, originally named Nanduto. Nanduto was a vital crossing on the Wujiang River, running through Pengshui County. Controlling both banks of the Wujiang River and key roadways, it was the only way to cross the river in the urban area and a strategic location throughout history. At the Red Army Crossing Square, the Party members paid respects to the bright red flag of the "Third Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army" and the lifelike statues of Red Army soldiers. They reviewed the history of the Red Army's valiant river crossing and deeply understood that our current happy life was bought with the sacrifice of countless revolutionary martyrs who gave their lives for the cause. This greatly inspired the Party members' patriotism. Afterwards, the Party members appreciated Youyang's natural scenery, experienced the vastness of mountains and rivers, the tranquility of lake excursions, and witnessed a paradise and marvelous caves. All of these showcased the splendor of our great motherland's landscapes, filling the Party members with pride in their country.
Through this Party history education, the Party members expressed their commitment to "remaining true to our original aspiration and fulfilling our mission," vigorously carrying forward the great spirit of the Party's founding, remembering the hardships and glories of yesterday, shouldering our responsibilities today, and living up to the great dreams of tomorrow. They will always hold themselves to the standards of a Communist Party member and actively take on leading roles in major tasks such as project breakthroughs, technological innovation, transformation and upgrading, strengthening, extending, and supplementing industrial chains, and market expansion. They will strive to become the enterprise's indispensable, trustworthy, and reliable mainstay, contributing their wisdom and strength to promoting high-quality enterprise development. They will use their actions to honor the Party flag and enhance the organization, achieving outstanding results to greet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
