Landai Technology Power Transmission Division's 2022 Annual Business Management Summary Meeting Successfully Held

Recently, Landai Technology's Power Transmission Division held its 2022 Annual Business Management Summary Conference. Mr. Tang Haichuan, Director/Vice General Manager/CEO of Landai Technology's Power Transmission Division; Ms. Bian Weiqin, Vice General Manager/Secretary of the Board of Directors of Landai Technology Group; Mr. Wang Xin, Director/Vice General Manager of Landai Technology's Power Transmission Division; and Ms. Zuo Lijing, Assistant to the General Manager/Vice General Manager of Landai Technology's Power Transmission Division, along with other senior executives from the Power Transmission Division, key leaders from the Ma'anshan base, and the main management personnel from various functional departments of Landai Technology's Power Transmission Division, totaling more than 90 people, attended the conference.
In 2022, the Power Transmission Division officially established five functional centers: Sales, Technology, Procurement, Quality, and Operations. At the meeting, the leaders of the five centers reported on their 2022 work, summarizing their experiences and shortcomings, and outlining key tasks for 2023. In 2022, the Power Transmission Division achieved significant results in cost reduction, earning high praise from the group's leadership. Taking advantage of the conference, each center signed a 2023 cost reduction target responsibility letter, embodying the principle of "everyone shares the burden, everyone has targets." This ensures that everyone truly treats the targets as work objectives, guaranteeing the smooth progress of the company's annual work.
Mr. Tang Haichuan, CEO of Landai Technology's Power Transmission Division, first affirmed the achievements of various functional departments in 2022 and expressed gratitude for their dedication and efforts during the high-temperature power rationing and epidemic closed-loop production periods. Mr. Tang emphasized that optimizing operations, controlling quality, cultivating talent, steadily advancing sales performance, scientifically managing procurement processes, and implementing a cost-reduction responsibility system are the key management tasks for the division in 2023. He stated that the new year is full of opportunities and challenges, requiring all employees to maintain their development resolve, enhance their capabilities, unite as one to generate the strength to forge ahead, and work together in unity to create new glories!
