To further enrich the company's cultural life and unite the strength of women for Landai's development, on March 8th, on the occasion of the 113th International Working Women's Day, Landai Technology organized a "Date with the Spring Breeze" flower photography event and a commendation ceremony for "March 8th Red Flag Bearers".
At the "March 8th Red Flag Bearers" commendation ceremony, 20 female employees from various departments and subsidiaries were awarded the honorary title of "March 8th Red Flag Bearers." They not only perform their duties diligently in their work but also constantly strive to surpass themselves and achieve top performance, contributing exemplary strength in the company's high-quality development journey, demonstrating that "women are not inferior to men".
In the warm spring month of March, the sun shines brightly in the mountain city, and Xiao Dai Tian is full of spring under the warm breeze. The female employees participating in the event hand-made everlasting flowers and, amidst laughter and joy, gathered in small groups, integrating the beautiful natural environment of Xiao Dai Tian into their "beautiful women and flowers" check-in selfies, showcasing the "other side" of female employees' delicate and gentle nature outside of work.
This event further enhanced the female employees' sense of collective honor and centripetal force. Everyone expressed their intention to transform the company's care into motivation for work, wholeheartedly dedicating themselves to the new year's goals, achieving success in their positions, and showcasing the style and responsibility of Landai's women.
