On March 27, Landai Technology and Chongqing University of Science and Technology held an "enterprise visit, expanding job opportunities and promoting employment" exchange meeting, conducting in-depth communication and exchanges on issues such as school-enterprise cooperation, talent cultivation, and the establishment of industry-academia-research platforms.
Landai Technology's Human Resources Department Director, Xu Limei, gave a detailed introduction to Landai Technology's development history, corporate culture, main business, technological characteristics, and the growth of Chongqing University of Science and Technology graduates within the company. Relevant college leaders from Chongqing University of Science and Technology also gave a brief introduction to the various colleges' discipline construction, talent cultivation, typical cases of industry-academia-research cooperation, and achievements. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on jointly establishing school-enterprise internship and training bases, collaborative R&D centers, postdoctoral workstations, and recommending graduate employment, reaching a preliminary consensus.
