Landai Technology Party Committee and the Bishan High-tech Zone Party General Branch jointly launched a themed Party Day activity: "Party Building Leading Synergy, Volunteer Service Promoting Civilization"

Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is a significant historical task in the decisive battle to fully build a moderately prosperous society and comprehensively build a socialist modern country. The goal is to establish and improve a system and policy framework for integrated urban-rural development, and to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, in accordance with the overall requirements of prosperous industries, livable ecology, civilized rural customs, effective governance, and affluent lives.
On the afternoon of April 28th, to actively fulfill its social responsibility in rural revitalization and to welcome the upcoming "May Day" International Labor Day with concrete actions, the Landai Technology Party Committee and the Bishan High-tech Zone Party General Branch jointly launched a themed party day event titled "Party Building Unites Strength, Volunteer Service Promotes Civilization." More than 40 party members, employee representatives, and youth league members went to the "Xiao Dai Tian" farmland in Xinshi Village, Jianlong Town, and provided assistance to farmers through collective farming.
Upon arriving at Xiao Dai Tian, the participating party members, employee representatives, and youth league members learned in detail about the construction of "Xiao Dai Tian." In recent years, Landai Technology has actively responded to the government's call for the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Helping Ten Thousand Villages" campaign. By providing funding for the "Xiao Dai Tian" demonstration project through targeted donations to construct the Yu Xuan Agriculture entity, it has consolidated and expanded the achievements in poverty alleviation and vigorously promoted rural revitalization. With the care and support of the local Party committee and government, and with the assistance of caring enterprises, "Xiao Dai Tian" has basically completed its infrastructure construction and work such as transforming dry fields into paddy fields, and has entered the spring plowing stage.
To help with spring plowing production, everyone rolled up their trousers and went into the fields, loosening soil, weeding, transplanting rice seedlings, picking cabbage, digging potatoes...They worked hard in the fields, showing their spirit of "not afraid of dirt, not afraid of tiredness." Hoes and sickles flew up and down, laughter and encouragement surrounded the fields, jointly sounding the "concerto" of labor assistance to farmers. After more than two hours of hard work, the rice seedlings planted in the field were neatly arranged and emerald green, the weeds cleared, and the harvested agricultural products were piled into "small mountains." "Xiao Dai Tian" became even more vibrant. Looking at the lush crops in the fields, everyone's fatigue disappeared, and their hearts were filled with a sense of accomplishment.
After the farming, the participants "packaged" and bought the agricultural products produced by Xiao Dai Tian, adding a warm touch to Bishan's caring farmer assistance project with practical actions.
This activity further enhanced the company employees' recognition of the company's rural revitalization work and contributed positive energy to the construction of "Beautiful Villages" in Bishan.
