Landai Reunion Day, a time of fragrant bamboo rice dumplings. To promote traditional Chinese culture and further explore the spiritual connotation of the Dragon Boat Festival, Landai Technology held a Dragon Boat Festival themed event, "Landai Reunion, Sweet Rice Dumpling Affection," on June 21.
As the proverb says, "Plant willows on Qingming Festival, and mugwort on Dragon Boat Festival." The custom of making and wearing sachets with mugwort has existed in China since ancient times. During the event, staff members shared Dragon Boat Festival customs and related knowledge, while everyone followed a video to learn how to make sachets. From selecting the fabric, threading the needle, placing the mugwort, to sealing and adding tassels, everyone actively used their brains and carefully completed each step. Through hooking, threading, folding, and wrapping, one beautiful sachet after another, carrying wishes for "peace and health," was created.
In the following rice dumpling wrapping session, the employees who participated showed off their skills. From folding the leaves, filling them with glutinous rice to tying the dumplings, the "masters" moved their fingers swiftly, shaping the dumplings in a few steps. The "newbies" learned carefully, catching up with the "masters'" progress amidst laughter and jokes. They completed the task of wrapping the dumplings while playfully commenting on the advantages of "slow work producing fine goods." Some employees were not satisfied with the traditional "triangle dumplings," so they started searching online for more ways to wrap dumplings, comparing whose dumplings looked better in the process. The rich aroma of the bamboo leaves and the cultural atmosphere filled the entire venue.
Through this event, employees deeply felt the cultural connotation of traditional Chinese festivals, strengthened their "cultural confidence," and further enhanced the company's cohesion and centripetal force, injecting abundant "positive energy" to better promote various work.
