The "Bishan District Party Building Leading the Development and Expansion of the New Rural Collective Economy Conference," jointly hosted by the CPC Bishan District Committee and the People's Government of Bishan District, Chongqing, was grandly held in Qitang. At the conference, Landai Technology was awarded the honorary title of "2022 Annual Private Enterprise Pioneer in Supporting Rural Revitalization."
For 27 years since its establishment, Landai has always adhered to the value of "creating prosperity for society." As the first privately-owned listed company cultivated and grown in Bishan District, Chongqing, the company has always maintained its original aspiration of remembering its roots and the support it received from its hometown. It actively responds to the call of the Party and government, serves the national rural revitalization strategy, and strives to fulfill its social responsibilities. Based on fully tapping the resources and industrial highlights of Jianlong Town, and combining the company's comprehensive advantages, it has cooperated with the local government to create a model project for rural revitalization.
"Xiao Dai Tian" is located in Xinshi Village, Jianlong Town, with a planned area of 100 mu. In 2021, Landai Technology responded to the government's call for "Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalizing Ten Thousand Villages," actively participated in government-enterprise cooperation, and contributed to rural revitalization. Through targeted donations to Yuxuan Agriculture, the project was professionally planned and developed, aiming to develop an industrial model of "ecological tourism + agricultural product sales." During the construction of "Xiao Dai Tian," by implementing the "company + cooperative + farmer" industrial pairing assistance method, it helped solve employment for more than 50 farmers, achieving a transformation from "blood transfusion-style" assistance to "blood-making-style" win-win. At the same time, by actively promoting land-concentrated production and the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism, it improved the added value of "Xiao Dai Tian" agriculture, driving the development of rural tourism economy such as the village's food, agricultural product sales, and rural homestays, creating new opportunities for investment attraction, effectively promoting farmers' income increase, improving the sense of gain and happiness of local villagers, promoting the sustainable development of a well-off society, and polishing the foundation of rural revitalization.
In the future, Landai Technology will continue to promote the construction of the "Xiao Dai Tian" rural revitalization demonstration project with high quality and high standards, striving to create a new look for the development of beautiful villages.
