To care for and protect the mental health of employees, on July 12, Landai Technology invited Zhang Li, the ward director of the Bishan District Mental Health Center, to give a lecture on "Emotional and Stress Management" for employees. More than 50 employees from various departments and positions in the company participated in the training.
In the class, Ms. Zhang Li gave a detailed explanation of the classification of emotions, the sources of stress, and other mental health knowledge. Starting with self-examination of psychological status, she helped everyone scientifically understand psychological problems, identify psychological abnormalities, and learn correct decompression methods through analysis of the causes of stress. She also gave an in-depth explanation of how to properly manage one's emotions.
Ms. Zhang Li also used on-site interaction and emotional interpretation to encourage employees to open up, share their own and others' psychological cases, and provide on-site psychological counseling to resolve employees' doubts and worries. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, this deepened everyone's understanding of mental health.
This special lecture further improved employees' ability to cope with stress and manage their emotions. Everyone expressed that they would use a positive and healthy mentality and enthusiastic fighting spirit in their future work, promoting all aspects of their work to a new level.
