On August 1st, Landai Technology held a meeting for demobilized military personnel in celebration of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. More than 20 representatives from various positions within the group gathered together in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

At the meeting, Comrade Wu Zhi Lan, secretary of the Landai Technology Group Party Committee, extended festive greetings and sincere respect to all demobilized military personnel on behalf of the company, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for their selfless dedication and hard work over the years. She hoped that demobilized military personnel working in various positions would integrate the military qualities of hard work, loyalty, courage, and initiative into the company's reform process, achieve success in their posts, shine brightly, and create a new situation for the company's development.

Following this, representatives of demobilized military personnel spoke one after another, recalling their military experiences and deep feelings for the army, expressing their feelings and gains after joining Landai, and actively offering suggestions for the company's future development. This demonstrated the Landai spirit of 'caring for the company and working together for prosperity'. Everyone expressed that in their future work, they would continue to maintain the military spirit of 'retiring without losing ambition, and remaining dedicated after leaving the military', carry forward the fine traditions of the military's 'tenacious struggle and daring to fight tough battles', work hard at their posts, and create new achievements and make new contributions for Landai's cause.

After the meeting, the company presented summer heatstroke prevention and cooling packages to the demobilized military personnel working on the front lines, conveying the company's care to them in a tangible way.
