Landai Machinery employee wins first prize in the Electrician Group of the 2023 Bishan High-tech Zone Non-public Enterprise Employee Skills Competition

On September 6th, the Bishan District Federation of Trade Unions in Chongqing announced the results of the 2023 Bishan High-tech Zone Grassroots Trade Union Workers' Skills Competition. After fierce competition among 111 contestants from 40 participating units in the district, our employee, Hu Yongchun, won first place in the electrician group with an outstanding performance.
On July 13th, the 2023 Bishan High-tech Zone Grassroots Trade Union Workers' Skills Competition was grandly held at Chongqing Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical University.
The competition closely revolved around the theme of "Serving the Industrial Chain, Forging Ahead on a New Journey." Using intelligent manufacturing as a starting point, it actively promoted the transformation of skills competitions from traditional and physical types to intelligent, innovative, and efficient types. Forty companies and 111 contestants from the entire district participated in a two-day competition focused on two projects: electricians and office software. The competition comprehensively examined the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of these two trades. The aim of this competition was to accelerate the cultivation of industrial workers and the selection of highly skilled talents in the Bishan District, encouraging contestants to diligently study, delve into their work, and strive for excellence, becoming new-era laborers with a craftsman spirit.
During the competition, our employee Hu Yongchun gave his all and handled the challenges calmly, showcasing the professional qualities and professional demeanor of Landai employees. His dedication and pursuit of perfection also won the unanimous praise of other contestants.
