Landai Technology conducts corporate reception etiquette training

To further standardize the company's business reception management and improve employees' etiquette and service quality, Landai Technology organized a special training session on business reception etiquette in the company's administrative building on September 26. More than 40 reception staff from various departments of the company participated in the training.
The training covered seven aspects: understanding reception work, etiquette connotations, reception procedures and etiquette, reception planning, implementation, overall coordination and scheduling, and handling emergencies. Combining numerous real-life cases, the training provided detailed explanations of standardized business reception procedures and business dining etiquette. Through interactive simulation exercises with employees, it corrected improper behaviors and helped employees quickly grasp key knowledge about business reception.
Through this learning, participants deeply realized the importance of business reception etiquette to the company's development. In their future work, they will continuously review and apply what they have learned to practical work, making positive contributions to shaping a good image for the company.
