II Applicant Company Participation Requirements

IV. Bidding Notes
In the following situations, the supplier will be included in our blacklist and will never be used again:

2. If the supplier maliciously falsifies or colludes during the bidding, the deposit will not be refunded and the supplier will be included in the blacklist and will never be used again.
3. Before the bidding results are announced, participating units are prohibited from inquiring about the winning products, prices, bribery, etc. to our company's relevant personnel.
4. The winning bidder needs to provide A quality assurance deposit of 100,000 yuan, which will be refunded upon withdrawal from the system. If the winning bidder Fails to execute at the winning price, fails to execute according to the standards and contract terms agreed upon by both parties, etc., cooperation will be immediately terminated, and the deposit will not be refunded and will be included in the supplier blacklist and will never be used again.
