School-enterprise cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win | Landai Technology receives students from Chongqing University of Commerce for observation and study

Further strengthening cooperation and exchanges between schools and enterprises to accelerate the "two-way rush" between the supply and demand sides of talent. On December 26, 470 students from the intelligent manufacturing engineering and mechanical engineering majors of Chongqing Technology and Business University visited Landai Technology and Landai Transmission Plant for a one-day visit and study.
The company's human resources department lecturer warmly received the students and gave a detailed introduction to the company's corporate culture, development history, and products. Combining Landai Technology's job requirements and career development planning, a detailed explanation was given, encouraging students to diligently study their professional knowledge and strive to become the talent needed by the enterprise with a dedicated, focused, and professional attitude, contributing their part to the development of the national economy.
Subsequently, under the guidance of our company's staff, the students visited several workshops including heat treatment, gear manufacturing, new energy motor shafts, die-casting, and transmissions. They gained an in-depth understanding of the design and operation of Landai's green intelligent factory, as well as the production processes and procedures of intelligent production lines and products. The various advanced automated equipment on the production line deeply attracted every student, while the orderly assembly lines and beautiful factory environment also left a deep impression on them. The explaining staff answered questions raised by the students on-site one by one.
Through this learning experience, the students gained new insights and understanding of Landai Technology's development model and expressed full recognition and affirmation of the company's good working environment and atmosphere.
This learning exchange will further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, providing important support for solidifying Landai's reserve talent pool and continuously promoting the company's high-quality and sustainable development.
