On March 14th, to further strengthen the company's employees' awareness of laws and disciplines, improve their ability to resist corruption and degeneration, consciously build a clean and honest defense line, and jointly create a good business environment in Bishan, the Bishan High-tech Zone, guided by "Party building + service," invited Gan Xin, the political commissar of the Economic Investigation Detachment of the District Public Security Bureau, to conduct a special training session on preventing internal corporate crimes and corruption - "Clean Culture Construction into Enterprises." Representatives of the Group and its subsidiaries, and key personnel, participated in the training online and offline. This training is also an important part of the Bishan High-tech Zone's non-public party organization empowerment series of activities to promote high-quality development of enterprises.
Around the theme of "With a sincere heart, perform one's duties with integrity," Officer Gan, combined with the policy direction of the country's vigorous development of private enterprises in recent years, provided a detailed explanation from four aspects: the common and newly revised crime interpretations for enterprise personnel; the sentencing standards for the management personnel and employees of private enterprises and corrupt acts in the Criminal Law; analysis of the causes of crime; and warnings of risky behaviors that may lead to violations. Officer Gan used a series of real cases to illustrate in an easy-to-understand manner the significant adverse effects of embezzlement and misappropriation of funds and other job-related crimes, suggesting that enterprises should establish standardized management models and effective prevention mechanisms for monitoring and handling corrupt acts; strengthen education on integrity in work; help company employees build a firm foundation of legal awareness and bottom-line awareness from the depths of their thoughts; effectively improve their ability to prevent legal risks; and curb the occurrence of criminal acts from the source. Officer Gan also called on everyone to abide by the rules and discipline, continuously improve their awareness of integrity and self-discipline, uphold the bottom line of integrity in their work, and strive to be practical and capable workers and builders of a beautiful Bishan.
This training is one of the company's regular measures to implement the rule of law in business, promote the construction of "Clean Landai," and improve the legal and anti-corruption awareness of all employees. Next, the company will continue to carry out integrity promotion activities, using various forms of publicity and education to further strengthen the sense of rules among the vast number of party members, cadres and employees, strictly enforce the system, deepen style construction, and contribute positive energy to safeguarding the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
