Landai Technology held a launch meeting for its SAP ERP implementation project.

To adapt to the ever-changing market environment and further accelerate the group's digital transformation and upgrading, the Landai Technology SAP ERP implementation project launch conference was grandly held in the group's administrative building on April 11. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including Mr. Wang Xin, director and deputy general manager of Landai Technology, heads of various centers, and Mr. Hua Zhenfeng, general manager of the East Asia region of Wipro. Sub-company team members and core project team members participated in the meeting online.
At the meeting, the group's director of information management department and the business consultant director of Wipro respectively introduced the project background, organizational structure, system mechanism, project charter, implementation plan, quality assurance, and other related content. The implementation scope of this project covers the group and its transmission division's various branches and subsidiaries, with a business scope covering five modules of the entire supply chain system (SDPP, MM, FI, CO). It will also simultaneously revise and optimize the architecture design of business, information, and master data. After sufficient testing, it will be put into operation. This project will build a business information platform centered on the SAP system, integrate various peripheral specialized application systems, and build the core system application architecture of the group's digital management.
Mr. Wang Xin, director and deputy general manager of Landai Technology, reviewed the project preparation situation. He pointed out that this SAP ERP implementation project is closely related to the future strategic goals of Landai Technology Group and is an important step for Landai Technology, as a leading enterprise in Bishan District, to empower the industrial chain through digital management capabilities and drive the group's future rapid development. He emphasized that the heads of various centers should attach great importance to, organize, implement, clearly divide responsibilities, and ensure that the ERP implementation project is put into operation on schedule according to the predetermined time nodes.
Landai Technology will take this launch conference as an opportunity to continue to improve "two-way integration", use digital intelligence to continuously improve operational efficiency, release management efficiency, and further consolidate the foundation for high-quality enterprise development.
