To further enhance the etiquette skills of its employees, Landai Technology organized a 2024 corporate business reception etiquette training session on October 23rd in the company's administrative building training room. More than 40 employees from various departments participated in the training. Employees from branch offices in other locations participated remotely via online synchronous learning.
This training focused on six aspects of business interactions: "etiquette concepts, basic rules, reception procedures, reception etiquette, banquet etiquette, and seeing-off etiquette." Through detailed illustrations, case studies, simulated scenarios, and role-playing, the entire process and details of business reception and banquets were thoroughly analyzed and precisely demonstrated. The training also included instructions on business etiquette precautions and practical skills, enabling employees to grasp the essence of etiquette culture in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. This not only helps employees cultivate their professional image but also effectively enhances the team's cultural atmosphere and workplace "combat effectiveness".
Participants unanimously stated that the training was rich in content and highly practical, providing strong guidance for future business reception work. They will use this learning opportunity to continuously improve their comprehensive skills, greet every client with confidence, treat every collaboration seriously, and strive to earn the respect and trust of clients for the company, jointly shaping a new look of high-quality development for private enterprises.
