2018 Labor Skills Competition Brief
From November 26th to 30th, 2018, the Landai Transmission Trade Union hosted a labor skills competition themed "Compete in Skills, Strengthen Quality, Be a Pioneer, Forge the Spirit of Craftsmanship," which was successfully held in the Landai Transmission workshop. A total of 85 contestants from 12 departments and units of the company and its subsidiaries participated in the competition.
This competition consisted of two parts: a written examination and practical operation; a total of eight projects were involved, including forklift operation, CNC machining, CNC end milling, internal grinding, gear rolling, transmission assembly, transmission knowledge Q&A, and 3D drawing. During the competition, all contestants strictly followed the rules and procedures, fully demonstrating the excellent business skills and high-quality professional demeanor of the company's employees; at the same time, it continuously boosted the employees' creative enthusiasm for "doing a good job every day."
Zhu Longyou, Minister of the Bishan District Federation of Trade Unions Service Development Department, Hao Jiming, Vice General Manager of Landai Transmission, Fan Fengnian, Senior Consultant of Landai Transmission, and Li Yong, Assistant General Manager of Landai Transmission, attended the competition and presented awards to the winning contestants.
