Powerful Power - Lean Improvement - Landai Machinery Holds a "Project Improvement" Achievement Release Conference

The company consistently adheres to a people-oriented approach in its operations. To continuously inspire employee improvement enthusiasm and encourage active participation in self-improvement, Landai Machinery's Deputy General Manager, Li Yong, spearheaded the establishment of a project team. This project improvement team utilizes the PDCA cycle to identify, analyze, and improve issues related to quality, cost, safety, environment, and efficiency. They share their improvements and experiences through improvement results presentations to enhance process quality, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs.

 

On October 24, the 2020 fourth-quarter lean improvement results presentation was held in the production system training classroom. Landai Machinery's Deputy General Manager, Li Yong, and heads of production, quality, and on-site technology departments, along with 40 improvement team members, attended the presentation. At the presentation, the host used a PPT presentation to introduce the overall situation of the lean improvement work since 2015, the achievements made, and selected four excellent cases from many improvement cases for on-site presentation and evaluation. At the end of the year, the project improvement team will select first, second, and third-place winners based on the evaluation results.
