Wang Ping, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, visited Landai Technology to inspect and guide the labor model innovation studio

On December 17, Wang Ping, member of the Party group and vice chairman of the Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by Liu Qihai, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Bishan District People's Congress and chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, visited Landai Technology to inspect and guide the "Zhu Tangfu Labor Model Innovation Studio." Zhu Tangfu, chairman of Landai Technology; Tang Haichuan, vice general manager; Wu Zhilang, party secretary; and members of the Zhu Tangfu Labor Model Innovation Studio team accompanied the inspection.
Since its establishment, the Zhu Tangfu Labor Model Innovation Studio of Landai Technology has promoted the company's technological innovation work. In the past three years, the company has implemented 12 technological innovation projects, with a total investment of 65.8679 million yuan in research and development. The studio has obtained 16 invention patents, 73 utility model patents, and 3 software copyrights. Chairman Wang Ping gave full affirmation to the work done by the studio since its establishment, emphasizing the need to make good use of the platform of the labor model innovation studio, vigorously promote the spirit of labor models, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and give full play to the exemplary and leading role of labor models and craftsmen.
Chairman Wang affirmed Landai Technology's work in recent years. At the same time, requirements were put forward for the "Zhu Tangfu Labor Model Innovation Studio": First, further mobilize and inspire the work enthusiasm and innovation of the majority of employees, strengthen the training, exercise, and reserve of technical personnel, and achieve a hundred flowers blooming; second, make good use of the studio platform to continuously promote technological innovation and create more social and economic benefits; third, use the studio as a carrier to give full play to the role of inheritance, leading more employees to strive to be labor models and craftsmen, promoting the emergence of more contemporary elites, and making new and greater contributions to the development of the automotive parts industry.
