Following in the Footsteps of Our Forebears, Inheriting the Red Gene—Landai Technology Group's Party Committee Organizes Party Members and Employees to Go to Zunyi for Party History Education

To further promote in-depth party history study and education, from June 19th to 20th, more than 40 Party members and employees of Landai Technology Group, led by Deputy General Manager Bian Weiqin and Party Secretary Wu Zhilang, went to Zunyi, the "city of turning point", to follow in the footsteps of their predecessors, inherit the red genes, and carry out party history study and education.

At the Loushan Pass Red Army battle site, everyone climbed the steep mountain path, looking out at the towering peaks and ridges, the majestic pass still standing, the mountains as ancient as ever. Passing by the remaining battle shelters on Xiaopianshan, the heroic scenes of the Red Army's battles seemed to reappear before their eyes. "In January and February 1935, the Central Red Army fought two battles at Loushan Pass. The first battle ensured the smooth convening of the Zunyi Conference, and the second battle was the first major victory of the Red Army since the Long March, guided by the spirit of the Zunyi Conference." The explainer vividly described the scene beside the battle shelters on Xiaopianshan.

In front of the Loushan Pass Red Army Battle Monument, everyone stood in silent tribute, commemorating the revolutionary martyrs. "The west wind rages, wild geese call in the frost-laden dawn. Frost-laden dawn, the sound of horses' hooves, the bugle's low moan. The path to the pass is truly like iron, yet now we stride forward anew. Anew, mountains like a sea, the setting sun like blood." At Xifengtai, everyone recited "Remembering Qin E: Loushan Pass" with force, understanding the revolutionary spirit from Chairman Mao's poem and drawing strength for the future.

In Zunyi, the "city of turning point", everyone visited the Zunyi Conference site and the exhibition hall. Through viewing exhibits, browsing historical materials, listening to explanations, and watching videos, they reviewed important historical events such as the Red Army's forced crossing of the Wujiang River, the convening of the Zunyi Conference, and the four crossings of Chishui. They listened to stories of the Red Army's various severe tests during its maneuvers and the fish-and-water relationship between the army and the people. Everyone gained a deeper understanding of the Zunyi Conference. "The Zunyi Conference, at a critical juncture, saved the Party, the Red Army, and the Chinese revolution. It was an important meeting of great turning point significance in the history of our Party, leaving behind valuable experience and important enlightenment." Through the moving explanation of the guide, and through observation, viewing, reflection, and contemplation, everyone reviewed the Party's history, received revolutionary traditional education, commemorated revolutionary martyrs, and continued the spiritual lineage of Communist Party members.

The spirit of "firm belief, seeking truth from facts, independence and self-reliance, daring to blaze new trails, and democratic unity", which is concentratedly embodied in the Zunyi Conference, will forever guide everyone to dedicate themselves to their work with a sense of urgency and a spirit of striving for excellence.

In addition, since the beginning of this year, in accordance with the work deployment, the Group's Party Committee has successively launched themed activities such as the Xihu Marathon, the fragrance of zongzi leaves, and the passionate Landai, to create a warm atmosphere to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

This trip to Zunyi, firstly, is a practical action to solidly advance party history study and education, inspiring the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party members and employees, to become new-era fighters with the Party in their hearts. Secondly, it effectively transforms the achievements of learning and education into a driving force for enterprise development, further integrating party building and business work, driving high-quality development with a red engine, and achieving outstanding results to welcome the centenary of the Communist Party of China.
