Award Ceremony for the First "Honest and Trustworthy Moral Model" in Bishan County On the evening of March 5, 2012, the "First Moral Model Award Ceremony" of Bishan County was grandly held in the county gymnasium. Fan Mingwen, Secretary of the County Party Committee; Xue Fangmei, Director of the County People's Congress; Xiang Bangjun, Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference; Wang Ying, Deputy Director of the Municipal Spiritual Civilization Office; and all county leaders and thousands of people attended the award ceremony. The award ceremony began with a chorus of "Learning from Lei Feng is a Good Example". Mr. Zhu Tangfu, Chairman of the Board, was awarded the title of "First Honest and Trustworthy Moral Model of Bishan County" at the ceremony.
