Recently, the company has implemented energy conservation and emission reduction, clean production initiatives. Two new shot blasting machines have been added, and existing equipment has been significantly improved and optimized. This has significantly improved the production environment of the shot blasting process, solving previously prominent environmental and safety issues. On December 3rd, the newly purchased shot blasting equipment was installed, and equipment that could not be retrofitted was phased out. Technical personnel have significantly overhauled the remaining equipment that could be modified, replacing damaged shot blasting machine housings, doors, and other components. They have also improved the sealing of attachments to ensure sealing during operation; utilizing existing space, a new shot blasting workshop has been set up.

On December 3, the newly purchased shot blasting machines were installed, and equipment deemed unsuitable for modification was decommissioned. Technicians carried out extensive repairs on the remaining modifiable equipment, replacing damaged shot blasting machine housings, doors, and other components. They improved the sealing of ancillary equipment to ensure airtight operation. By utilizing the existing space, the ductwork was redesigned to reduce fan pressure loss, improve exhaust efficiency, and save electricity.
It is understood that the purchase of new equipment and the optimization of the shot blasting machines will save the company 272,100 yuan annually. Simultaneously, it eliminates the uncontrolled emission of dust during the shot blasting process and reduces losses from steel shot splashing. This not only improves the production environment of the shot blasting process but also protects the surrounding atmosphere.
