Landai Technology conducts special training on the Contract Code of the Civil Code

To further strengthen contract compliance awareness and enhance the contract legal risk control and business risk prevention capabilities of Landai Technology's various units, on October 12, Landai Technology invited lawyer Yuan Jing from Chongqing Hongping Law Firm to conduct legal knowledge training. More than 70 business personnel from relevant departments such as procurement, sales, legal affairs, and quality control participated in the training. Hundreds of cadres and employees from various subsidiaries participated in the online learning through a live broadcast platform.

This training, themed "Key Points of Enterprise Contract Establishment and Review," saw Lawyer Yuan, combining the national Civil Code and practical experience, provide a detailed introduction to the key and risk points in the contract process from drafting to signing, covering four aspects: contract establishment and review, contract subject review, contract content review, and key issues during signing. Through detailed analysis of specific cases, the lawyer illustrated methods of risk avoidance and prevention from multiple angles, using cases to explain the law and helping participants apply what they learned. Lawyer Yuan also provided a detailed explanation and demonstration of the correct use of company seals and contract templates, further enhancing the participants' contract compliance and risk prevention awareness.

This practical training effectively improved the legal literacy and contract handling capabilities of the participants, laying a solid foundation for our employees to better serve the company and clients in the future.
