To fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 18th National Congress of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and to extensively, deeply, and persistently carry out various forms of labor and skills competitions to improve the skills of employees, on November 16, the Landai Technology "Gathering Talents Cup" forklift skills competition, themed "Be a Top-notch Employee, Showcase Your Craftsmanship," was grandly held at the company's south gate. Seventeen forklift operators from the grassroots level participated in the competition. Mr. Wang Xin, director and deputy general manager of Landai Technology and general manager of Landai Machinery, attended the competition.

This competition consisted of two parts: a "know-how" quiz on forklift safety knowledge and a practical skills competition. It used a competitive approach to test the employees' safety awareness and forklift skills on-site.

Contestants seriously answered the randomly drawn "know-how" questions on forklift safety knowledge.

During the competition, the contestants showed off their skills, proficiently performing a series of operations such as reversing, turning, stacking, and piling around obstacles. In the events of fixed-point warehousing, nut stacking, loading and unloading transportation, and obstacle crossing, they demonstrated excellent operational stability and exquisite attention to detail. Their steady, accurate, fast, and skillful performance won the audience's applause.

Mr. Wang Xin presented awards to the winning employees on-site and encouraged them to learn from the competition, further identify gaps, address shortcomings, strengthen weaknesses, continuously improve their comprehensive skills and job performance, strive to become "Landai Craftsmen" in the new era, and work wholeheartedly to create greater value for the company and promote its continued progress.

Through the "competition to promote training" approach, this competition strengthened learning and communication among frontline employees, creating a positive atmosphere of competition, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing within the company. It contributed to improving work efficiency and accelerating the building of a team of knowledgeable, skilled, and innovative Landai industrial workers.
