To continuously promote the "Civilized Landai" corporate culture and expand the well-being of employees, and further enhance communication and exchange between employees' families, on June 1st, the Group's labor union held the 2024 Landai Technology "Hand in Hand, Happiness Walks with Me" parent-child activity in Xiaodaitan, Jianlong Town. More than 20 excellent grassroots manager families from various departments of the Group and its Chongqing subsidiaries gathered together to spend an unforgettable holiday.
In order to promote traditional Chinese culture and allow children to more intuitively understand and experience the rich cultural connotation of the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival, the activity first started with the first game segment - making zongzi.

Staff brought out pre-prepared zongzi leaves, glutinous rice, pork, egg yolks, and other ingredients and distributed them to each family. Under the guidance of their parents, the children focused intently, trying repeatedly, and finally made zongzi with sharp edges and good shapes by themselves. A wisp of zongzi fragrance filled the warm atmosphere, and "people of all ages" shared the rare joy of family time.
Following this, the fun-filled garden party began, and with the unfolding of the props for each segment, the atmosphere on the scene immediately became lively.

Clever Transport of Happiness Balls
Children excitedly participated in each game with their parents. In the "Table Tennis Egg Nest" and "Sandbag Toss" games, the children showed precise throwing skills and excellent hand-eye coordination. In the "Pictionary" game, which highlighted the parents' performance abilities, the parents' exaggerated body language made the children laugh while guessing the words. In the "Clever Transport of Happiness Balls" segment, the children and parents closely cooperated, using a "human chain" ” to transport balloons, achieving the family's "great victory" in a joyful "small competition ” For the participating Landai families, each game was like a small stage, allowing family members to jointly showcase their talents and vitality on the stage, like depicting paintings full of love and creativity, shining brightly under the clear sky of Xiaodaitan.
In the subsequent agricultural experience segment, employees' parents and children walked hand in hand into the fields, eagerly experiencing rice transplanting and potato digging.

In the process, employee parents patiently taught the children how to transplant rice seedlings and find the roots and stems of potatoes, and taught them the correct methods of transplanting and digging potatoes hand in hand. Under the guidance of their parents, the children carefully observed, learned by example, and seriously did "farm work," ” their cute appearance made people chuckle. They would also exclaim with surprise and cheer when they dug up potatoes with beautiful and plump shapes, harvesting agricultural products and joyful celebrations during their labor.
