Landai Technology held the second "Appointment Ceremony for Corporate Experts"

To further strengthen Landai's "Talent Pool" and fully leverage the leading and exemplary role of senior technical personnel, Landai Technology held a ceremony to appoint the second batch of experts at the administrative building conference room on June 4th. Mr. Wang Xin, Vice General Manager of Landai Technology and CEO of the Power Transmission Division, attended the ceremony.
Six internal experts from the Power Transmission Division were honorably selected as members of the second batch of "Expert Pool." Mr. Li Jinyu, General Manager of Landai Automation; Mr. Jiang You, General Manager of Landai Transmission; and Mr. Wang Xin, Vice General Manager of Landai Technology and CEO of the Power Transmission Division, were invited to present the letters of appointment to the experts and expressed their warm welcome and congratulations.
In his subsequent speech, Mr. Wang Xin pointed out that technology and talent are the core forces supporting the company's development. The senior experts selected this time not only possess rich experience and expertise in professional knowledge, technical skills, and practical transformation, but also play an active leading role in technological breakthroughs, process quality improvement, and product optimization. He emphasized that Landai Technology is currently in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, and the demand for technological support is urgent. Building a core team of skilled personnel with broad professional coverage, an optimal age structure, and refined business quality is of great significance to improving Landai Technology's overall scientific decision-making level and promoting the company's innovative development. He hopes that the appointed experts will actively participate in the Group's various tasks of overcoming difficulties, key and difficult tasks, technical discussions, project demonstrations, indicator improvement, and talent "passing on, helping, and leading," using their professional knowledge and practical experience to help the Group solve practical problems, contributing to the Group's R&D breakthroughs and innovative upgrades of core technologies, and continuously injecting new impetus and vitality into the Group's improvement of new productive forces.
