To help newly hired college graduates transition into their roles and successfully take their first step in their careers, Landai Technology held a meeting and exchange session for newly hired college graduates of 2024 in the training room of the administrative building on July 2nd. The purpose was to listen to the new employees' feedback on the company, discuss career development paths for college graduates, and talk about the development of new talent. Ms. Zuo Lijing, Assistant to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Power Transmission Division of Landai Technology; Ms. Wu Zhilang, Party Secretary of Landai Technology; and leaders from the Operations Center, Human Resources Department, and other relevant departments, as well as representatives of the newly hired college graduates of 2024, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, newly hired college graduates from universities including Southwest University, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing University of Technology, and Changchun University, gave self-introductions one by one.

Tan Jing shared her experience and made a statement on behalf of the trainees.

Ms. Zuo Lijing extended a warm welcome to the new employees, inquired about their situations, and shared her work experience and insights. She offered three pieces of advice to the newly hired college graduates: First, quickly adapt to new environments, positions, and challenges; grow rapidly through experience, and strive to be among the best of their peers. Second, carefully plan their careers, set ambitious goals, leverage Landai's comprehensive talent cultivation mechanisms and promotion channels, steadily progress toward their goals, showcase their unique strengths during the process, continuously improve their comprehensive abilities, and adapt to the company's transformation and upgrading needs. Third, maintain a lifelong learning philosophy; diligently study their work and business; communicate and summarize experiences with colleagues; empower themselves and their teams through continuous improvement; achieve personal value while contributing to the company's high-quality development; and create a fulfilling life.
Landai Technology firmly believes that each college graduate is a valuable asset to the company's future, an important component in building the company's talent pool and enhancing its market competitiveness. In the future, the group will continue to carry out this work, and strive to continue the Landai cultural genes of "integrity, humility, innovation, and progress," promoting the company's long-term sustainable development.
