Landai Technology successfully completed its Chongqing municipal-level technological innovation project.

Recently, under the guidance of the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the "Research and Application of Technology for Sensing Process Data of Intelligent Production Lines and Precision Control of Complex Part Machining" project, undertaken by Landai Technology, has been successfully completed and is now entering the pre-acceptance stage.
This project conducted research on nine key technologies, including real-time process sensing and analysis for long-chain processing, intelligent production line process parameter coupling mechanisms and part machining precision prediction models, and dynamic error compensation for processing equipment. Two invention patents have been applied for and granted, one software copyright registration certificate has been obtained, two enterprise standards have been published, and one actual product production verification and benefit analysis evaluation report has been produced, along with six published papers. A set of numerical control system machining equipment precision self-healing control system has been developed, with self-healing precision improved by over 50%, and application demonstrations have been conducted. The company has achieved a reduction in defective parts of more than 15%.
Through the implementation of this project, the technological level of the automotive equipment manufacturing industry's production lines will be further improved, enhancing intelligent application capabilities and contributing to the upgrading of the automotive industry.
