Red flags fly high to welcome the National Day, the whole country celebrates the grand occasion | Landai Technology holds a National Day themed cultural event "Appreciating the Beauty of Hanfu · Celebrating the Grand National Day"

The National Day holiday of 2024 is approaching. To enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, enhance team cohesion, and further strengthen the harmonious relationship between the company and employees' families, Landai Technology's Party Committee, Trade Union, and Youth League jointly held a "Celebrating the Hanfu Beauty, Celebrating the Great National Day" themed cultural event before National Day. More than 20 employee families from various departments and subsidiaries participated in this event.
This event organically integrated two major elements: "Employee Family Reception Day" and "Hanfu Themed Parent-Child Activities." By allowing employee family members to personally experience the working environment of Landai people and combining it with a lively and interesting Hanfu garden party, everyone enjoyed a rich and colorful corporate culture feast!
Children dressed in Hanfu, along with their parents, gathered at the south gate of the group, their faces full of joy and anticipation for this "journey."
First, let's take a fun "Landai Family Photo"!
"Small family" members, led by staff, visited the No. 10 workshop of the Power Transmission Division and the Chongqing Taiguan workshop of the Touch Display Division. The children showed great interest in the clean and bright, modern factories, the highly automated processes, and the production line equipment. They kept asking the explainers questions, carefully learning about the operation of Landai's "smart factory" from a child's perspective.
An employee who is both an explainer and a parent patiently answered questions one by one. Standing on the "stage" where they usually work to "teach" the children, they felt both an honor for working for the company and a special experience of inheritance and continuation.
"So Mom works in such an environment, it's great!" "Although there are many powerful machines, Dad works so long every day, it's still hard. I will definitely listen to him more and be more considerate of him in the future..." During the visit, after the children understood their parents' work, they made one childish exclamation after another. The hard work of Landai people who love their jobs and families, and work hard for their families, was fully demonstrated at this moment.
After visiting the factory, everyone went to the training room to participate in a handmade national flag DIY activity. The staff first told each family about the origin and significance of the Chinese national flag through a series of questions and videos, and gave detailed explanations on the key points of the production. Under their guidance, the children incorporated their love for their country into their handicrafts and the red flag through drawing, assembling, cutting, and pasting. After more than half an hour of hard work, national flag handicrafts bearing the patriotic hearts of Landai's "small families" gradually took shape in the children's hands. Together with the small national flags, they fluttered in the wind, waved by big and small hands.
Then, everyone played together six small games full of "national tide flavor": cuju (ancient Chinese football), throwing arrows into a pot, chuíwán (a traditional mallet game), making round fans, guessing riddles, and ring toss. In the interaction, we experienced the top charm of traditional Chinese culture. In this ocean of joy, we are both "Landai people" and "a family." Towards a common goal, we strive, fight, and keep moving forward! We work hard to create our value and glory!
As evening approached and the lights came on, the "adults and children" came to the cafeteria to enjoy a healthy dinner prepared by the group. In the familiar "Landai flavor" and the "likes and praise" from each family, we ended a simple yet meaningful day.
This National Day event allowed everyone to fully feel the warmth brought by the group. Next, the group will actively organize and carry out more branded activities, continuously enrich the connotation of corporate culture, further enhance employees' sense of value and happiness in their work, and encourage more outstanding employees to work together with the company for development and prosperity, creating a beautiful picture of future life in a win-win situation.
