Continuous Improvement, Quality-Oriented Enterprise | Landai Technology's "Quality Month" Activities Conclude Successfully

To further strengthen source and process quality control, ensure that "quality problems do not flow out of the workshop", and continuously improve the core market competitiveness of Landai products. From May to July 2024, Landai Technology launched a "Quality Month" series of activities covering the three major sectors of production, quality, and technology within the group, with the theme of "effectively improving process quality and ensuring that cost reduction projects are implemented effectively."
Opening Ceremony
To establish the quality management concept of "details determine success or failure, and quality determines market competitiveness," a "Quality Month" launch meeting was held by the group on May 10. Mr. Wang Xin, Vice General Manager of Landai Technology and CEO of the Power Transmission Division, delivered a mobilization speech at the meeting. Firstly, he urged the leaders of various departments and subsidiaries of the Power Transmission Division to attach great importance to the "Quality Month" activities and take the lead in improving quality, ensuring that key tasks are "implemented and effective." Secondly, strengthen the publicity and atmosphere of the "Quality Month" theme, encourage all employees to actively participate in the "Quality Month" knowledge quiz, as well as mass quality activities such as QC project teams aimed at improving existing problems, continuously strengthening the quality awareness and responsibility of all employees. Thirdly, adhere to market reputation, customer experience, and quality cost as the only standards for measuring quality, strengthen process quality management, build Landai quality into the company's core competitiveness, and strive towards the vision of becoming the NO.1 in quality reputation in the power transmission field.
At the meeting, Mr. Wang Dianchao, director of the Quality Center, and the heads of various departments responsible for technology, production, and quality in the Power Transmission Division signed a letter of responsibility for quality improvement projects, transmitting pressure layer by layer and tightening quality responsibilities.
Subsequently, the group organized quality knowledge training based on practical cases. By analyzing cases and summarizing improvement ideas, the importance of quality management to the long-term development of the enterprise was once again emphasized.
Creating an Activity Atmosphere
"Quality Month" slogans were hung in various workshops of the group, and cartoons related to quality knowledge were posted, striving to create a corporate culture atmosphere where "the company attaches importance to quality, and employees care about quality."
Conducting a "Quality Month" Knowledge Contest
An online "Quality Month" knowledge contest was held to examine employees' mastery of quality knowledge, further enhance the quality awareness and enthusiasm of all employees in participating in quality improvement work, and form a coordinated pattern of "everyone working together."
QC Project Results Release
For more than 10 QC quality improvement projects proposed at the launch meeting, each group conducted quality improvement breakthroughs. After being selected by the group's expert group, 8 award-winning projects were released at the quality improvement project summary meeting, covering various aspects such as cost reduction, efficiency increase, and quality improvement. At the meeting, eight contestants gave detailed and in-depth presentations on improvement projects from various aspects, including topic reasons, cause analysis, target setting, and measure formulation and implementation. Through team collaboration, not only was the overall team ability improved, but the results also brought tangible economic benefits to the group.
The group will take "Quality Month" as an opportunity to continuously improve the quality management system, earnestly carry out quality control and quality improvement, and strive to create a good atmosphere of "all employees paying attention to quality and participating in quality management," continuously consolidating the foundation of a strong enterprise based on quality.
