Delivering coolness to the workplace, boosting morale with care | Landai Technology's trade union carries out a summer high-temperature "sending coolness"慰问

Following the summer solstice and the start of the dog days, temperatures have been steadily rising. The combination of heat and humidity has presented a significant challenge for every employee working diligently at their posts. To ensure that frontline employees stay cool during the summer and to facilitate the smooth operation of various production tasks, the Group's labor union launched a "Delivering Coolness to Workstations, Boosting Morale with Care" themed "Beat the Heat" campaign.
This year's "Beat the Heat" campaign was meticulously planned by the Group's labor union, providing employees with care in multiple ways.
Providing Refreshing Food
The group canteen provides refreshing mung bean soup daily, ensuring the health of employees during the hot summer months.
Setting up Potable Water Stations
Each workshop sets up potable water stations in the rest areas, providing employees with free cooling herbal teas like "lao ying cha" (a type of traditional Chinese tea), and other teas such as honeysuckle tea, to relieve heat and clear the body. Emergency supplies like "shi di shui" (Ten drops water), wind oil, and Huoxiang Zhengqi Water are also readily available, ensuring smooth daily operations and uplifting employee morale.
Providing Refreshing Fruit
When temperatures reach 37 degrees Celsius or higher, employees receive watermelon and other refreshing fruits. The sweet and thirst-quenching juice offers a refreshing respite, allowing employees to focus on production and operations with peace of mind.
Going forward, the Group's labor union will continue to implement various heat prevention and cooling measures to effectively protect the labor safety and health rights of employees. We will stand together to combat the high temperatures and act as guardians of the company's healthy development.
