Landai Transmission held a "May 1st, May 4th" fun sports meeting
Long jump rope, giant steps, kangaroo jump. To celebrate the "May 1st" Labor Day and the "May 4th" Youth Day, on the afternoon of May 4, 2012, a "May 1st", "May 4th" fun sports meeting was grandly held at the Landai Transmission Basketball Court. A total of more than 200 people from 8 teams representing various branches and departments of the company participated in this sports meeting. The atmosphere on the scene was enthusiastic, with laughter and cheers rising and falling, fully demonstrating the positive and enterprising spirit of Landai people. This fun sports meeting included a total of 5 events: heart to heart, giant steps, three-legged race, kangaroo jump, and long jump rope. Both men and women can participate in each event, some in groups of two, some in groups of four.

Landai Transmission chairman awarded the title of "Labor Model" of Chongqing Municipality
On April 28, 2012, Chongqing Municipality grandly held the Fourth Labor Model and Advanced Worker Commendation Conference. More than 500 municipal labor models and advanced workers from all walks of life gathered together to receive the honor bestowed by the Party and the people. Zhu Tangfu, Chairman of Landai Transmission, was awarded the honorary title of "Chongqing Municipal Labor Model".
Mayor Huang Qifan delivered a speech, in which he stated that "loving one's post and being dedicated to one's work, striving for excellence, working hard and being courageous in innovation, being indifferent to fame and fortune, and being willing to contribute" are the spirit of model workers in the new era, and are also a valuable asset of the times and a powerful spiritual force that inspires us to work hard and start businesses. Award Ceremony for the First "Honest and Trustworthy Moral Model" in Bishan County On the evening of March 5, 2012, the "First Moral Model Award Ceremony" of Bishan County was grandly held in the county gymnasium. Fan Mingwen, Secretary of the County Party Committee; Xue Fangmei, Director of the County People's Congress; Xiang Bangjun, Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference; Wang Ying, Deputy Director of the Municipal Spiritual Civilization Office; and all county leaders and thousands of people attended the award ceremony. The award ceremony began with a chorus of "Learning from Lei Feng is a Good Example". Mr. Zhu Tangfu, Chairman of the Board, was awarded the title of "First Honest and Trustworthy Moral Model of Bishan County" at the ceremony.

Recently, the company has implemented energy conservation and emission reduction, clean production initiatives. Two new shot blasting machines have been added, and existing equipment has been significantly improved and optimized. This has significantly improved the production environment of the shot blasting process, solving previously prominent environmental and safety issues. On December 3rd, the newly purchased shot blasting equipment was installed, and equipment that could not be retrofitted was phased out. Technical personnel have significantly overhauled the remaining equipment that could be modified, replacing damaged shot blasting machine housings, doors, and other components. They have also improved the sealing of attachments to ensure sealing during operation; utilizing existing space, a new shot blasting workshop has been set up.
